Administrators’ Deep Dive

This service is for districts interested in implementing system-wide and cultural change. The deep dive:

• begins with a half or full day School Planning process in which we facilitate the admin team to create a shared vision, develop a timeline, and establish concrete action steps and accountability.
• includes a tangible graphic recording as well as a document of the process.
• involves on-going follow-up and monitoring to assist in executing, assessing, and refining the plan.
• may include additional training in our areas of content expertise infused in the follow-ups, depending on district direction and need.
