During this half-day workshop you and your partner will tackle the important questions of partnership through fun differentiated activities. You will create a plan together to address your similarities and differences. You will learn concrete practical strategies to strengthen your partnership.
Differentiated Instruction: Ideas & Practical Applications
Join us for a dynamic hands-on day of differentiation! While learning about differentiation, you will be engaged in differentiated activities that you can implement tomorrow. You will have the opportunity to plan for your classroom.

• Concrete strategies to differentiate content, process and product
Each participant leaves with a self-directed action plan to implement specific strategies learned.
Inclusion & Effective Co-Teaching: What Administrators Need to Know
This interactive, engaging workshop provides administrators with the information and strategies they need to create inclusive schools and/or support effective co-teaching. You will leave with practical strategies and a self-directed action plan.
Learning Outcomes:
• The differences amongst inclusion, inclusive education, and co-teaching.
• Creating cultural shift for the school or district
• Understanding of co-teaching models and best practices
• A self-guided evaluation of current practice
• Administrators' best practices for supporting effective co-teaching.
Intro to Co-Teaching
In this interactive hands-on workshop you will learn the principles and practices necessary for outstanding co-teaching. You will leave with concrete practical strategies and a deepened relationship with your co-teacher. This workshop is co-taught and differentiated so you will experience strategies being taught.
Learning outcomes:
• An in-depth study of the six co-teaching models
• Learning tiered by length of time with co-teaching partner
• Explore and problem-solve concrete teaming issues necessary for successful co-teaching
• Roles and responsibilities
• Concrete tools for planning and implementation
Each participant leaves with a self-directed action plan to implement specific strategies learned.
Inclusion and Co-Teaching Think Tank for School District
Join this dynamic think tank to elevate the inclusive practices in your school or district. Whether you have learned and figured out many parts of this work, are newer to it, feel successful, or feel stuck, you’ll leave with concrete actions and strategies to achieve your goals.
The event includes collaborative time with colleagues to share your successes and strategies.
