CLASSROOM COACHING

Using classroom visitations and follow-up meetings, we collaborate and build relationships with teachers and paraprofessionals to:

STUDY GROUP FACILITATION
After a workshop or previous training, we work with small groups of teaching teams to investigate a concept deeply. Our consultants meet with a group for an intensive, short period in order to facilitate the study sessions, and observe the planned lessons with other group members. Study groups provide teachers the opportunities to:
• develop new strategies and competencies and expand skills, attitudes and knowledge in the areas of:

Planning Strategies for Diverse Classrooms

INDIVIDUAL STUDENT AND STUDY SUPPORT
This case study format supports teachers who are struggling with a particular student with or without disabilities. Teachers will:
• learn concrete strategies to address academic, social, and/or behavioral issues
• reflect and evaluate their current practice with the student
• increase their repertoire and generalize new learned skills
• develop the skills necessary for this evaluative and problem solving process
